Mental Health Awareness
She Soars supports and empowers those most impacted to lead efforts in changing how mental health is viewed and addressed. We engage youth and young adults as partners in the designing and distribution of tailored awareness materials.

About our Youth Ambassadors: Young people in Metro Atlanta between the ages of 14 and 22 years work together to lead health awareness efforts (planning, designing, implementation, and evaluation). Please click here to learn more about the Youth Ambassador program.

Flow to Flourish: Starting Fall, 2025 our Wellness Director (Licensed Professional Counselor) will be offering Stress & Anxiety Management sessions taking place at Georgia waterfalls. This is open to middle and high school students in Metro Atlanta. This initiative is in partnership with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter. Oyr first session is Saturday, November 1, 2025. Please contact us at info@gosoar.org for more information.

Komfort & Kare Kits:
Students of the Hearts & Minds Club will soon begin creating mental health boxes. Each box is a gentle reminder and invitation for young people to Pause, Reflect, and Restore. Boxes are crafted by youth with items to support their peers in moments of stress. Boxes will include items such as:
-
Eye mask for rest and restoration
-
Essential oils to soothe the senses and support emotional grounding
-
Journal to encourage self-expression, reflection, and creative release
-
Mental health resources that are youth-friendly, stigma-breaking, and culturally responsive
If you work with teens and you are interested in receiving boxes please complete the interest form below. We offer delivery and customization options to align with your program goals and the unique needs of the youth you serve.

Pray And
Pray And is a collaborative effort between 1) She Soars, 2) Soul Shop, and 3) Metro Atlanta Ministerial Alliance (MAMA). This project addresses critical gaps in culturally responsive mental health interventions by training faith-based leaders to provide quality mental health support for youth and families.

Parent & Caregiver Support
Black women are socialized to be “Strong Black Women” and have historically been underdiagnosed, misdiagnosed, and undertreated for depression. She Soars utilizes an intergenerational approach that provides parents and caregivers with the tools and resources to model healthy behaviors and support our young people.
